We ship to all major cities and regions across Pakistan:

- Remote Areas: Available with extended delivery times
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available nationwide

- In-Stock Items: Orders placed before 3:00 PM PKT ship same day
- After 3:00 PM: Ships next business day
- Weekends/Holidays: Orders placed Saturday evening or Sunday ship Monday
- Out-of-Stock Items: 3-5 business days (we'll notify you)

Shipping Restrictions
We currently do NOT ship:

- To PO boxes in certain areas
- During extreme weather conditions affecting courier operations
Failed Delivery Attempts
If our courier cannot deliver your mobile accessories:
- 1st Attempt: Courier will call and attempt redelivery
- 2nd Attempt: Next business day
- 3rd Attempt: Package held at local courier office for pickup
- After 7 days: Order returned to Chargefy (return shipping charges may apply)
Please ensure:

- Someone available to receive package
- Complete and accurate delivery address
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Package Damaged During Shipping:
- Inspect package upon delivery
- Report damage immediately to courier and email us at [your email]
- Take photos of damaged packaging and product
- We'll arrange replacement or full refund
Lost Package:
- If tracking shows no movement for 7+ days, contact us
- We'll investigate with courier partner
